Fish Pastilla بسطيلة الحوت

Hi my friends,
I am glad I am back, I would like to thank everyone of you for their nice comments, I missed you all and I can't wait to visit your blogs to see what you have prepared.
My sister is back in Morocco, I miss her already. One month went so quickly, we didn't feel the time, it was nice and very funny vacation that we all spent together with the kids here in USA. I am going to share with you some pictures when I get the chance.
We prepared a lot of recipes together, and " Fish Pastilla " is one of them.
It's Phyllo pastry stuffed with seafood, it is a typical dish and highly regarded as a national dish of Morocco.
I still have a lot of recipes that are already prepared, I just need the time to work on the video. But before going to the next recipe, let me first answer the e-mails. I have a lot of work lol.
Hope you enjoy my first recipe after the break.

  1. welcome back!!! that's a nice comeback recipe. I think i'll try that but I just don't know where to find the wrapper. I love all the ingredients there and how it's made.
