My birthday cake

Before presenting you the recipe of my birthday cake, let me share with you this small toy and these beautiful flowers which I received on this occasion.
I would like to thank every person who came across this blog and was kind enough to wish me happy birthday. There were a lot, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I offer you in return these beautiful flowers./

Lemon Tartlets

At the request of one of my subscriber in you tube, I prepared these lemon tartlets (for the first time). I admit that I was not satisfied by the "look" at the time of taking them out of the oven, I always have this image of meringue which remains fluffy after cooking.
When I ate the first one, honestly, I went to the second, I did not want the taste of lemon to leave my mouth. They have a magnificent taste./

The best couscous of the blogosphere

My Birthday

Today is my birthday.
It's hard to believe that someone has so much cooking experience and so young, hahahaha..
Seriously, I just want to share my birthday with you, and I will probably post my birthday cake as well.
Tonight I will keep my window open , so I can listen to everyone sing happy birthday to me.

Chicken Tagine with Zucchini

Before presenting you the recipe, I want to tell you a secret, I am in love with Tagine, any kind , this Moroccan pot fascinates me that there is not a week that passes without preparing one.
When I travel in Morocco, I like making a small trip in the Moroccan cities, It's a great pleasure to stop between cities in order to savor these Tagines cooked in canounes, a bowl made out of clay, we put some charcoal inside and cook the tagine, well spiced, in a rustic way, which gives a perfect taste of traditional cooking.
Today, I share with you a chicken Tagine with zucchinis.
Unfortunately, I didn't find small zucchinis, so I had to be content with the zucchinis I found, but for me, they are too big for a Tagine. /
