Pumpkin Jam
I have never prepared a pumpkin jam before, it is the first time, it is very easy, it 's almost the same procedure used to prepare other jams, I added lemon and orange, this gave a delicious fresh taste that everybody liked.
I tell you something, I made 5 jars, I offered 2 jars and I kept 3, they are already gone, so I am about to make some new jam, this time it would be orange jam.

ReplyDeletehow are you . What a delicious jam you have for us...looks very good.
in Lebanon we do our pumpkin jam cubes and we soak them in garden lime powder water for 12 hours, then we wash them real good and cook them, they turn crunchy desserts, and sometimes i add to the mix pineapple chunks as well, never tried your recipe with the citrus flavour should be awesome.. thanks my friend for sharing
if you need any jam or pickle recipe dont hesitate to ask me, I do them this for living.
I dont use pectin in my jam .
