Meat & Squash Tagine (slaoui)
I love Tagines !
They remind me of Morocco, when we travel from one city to the next, we have breaks in cafes and restaurants which are everywhere on the roads of Morocco, they offer all kinds of Moroccan specialties : tagines, couscous, mechoui ( grilled meat), Moroccan tea with mint...
I present you one of several varieties of Moroccan tagines today.
A tagine of meat ( you can use beef, lamb, or chicken ), prepared with squash called Slaoui.
Check out my other Tagines recipes./
