Sellou on video سلو
Sellou is a unique Moroccan sweet made from sesames, almonds and flour that has been browned in the oven.It's traditionally served during Ramadan.

bravo Soussou,I love sellou alot,in Algeria we serve it during the celebration of the birth of a baby,some families serve it in Ramadhan.It always sound it very complicated to me ,but after i found your page ,I'm definately making it this week for myself ,especially that my youngest sister had her first baby last week in Algeria and I'm here in USA.Keep up with the good work and good luck,Bonne chance.
