Before presenting you the recipe, I want to tell you a secret, I am in love with Tagine, any kind , this Moroccan pot fascinates me that there is not a week that passes without preparing one.
When I travel in Morocco, I like making a small trip in the Moroccan cities, It's a great pleasure to stop between cities in order to savor these Tagines cooked in canounes, a bowl made out of clay, we put some charcoal inside and cook the tagine, well spiced, in a rustic way, which gives a perfect taste of traditional cooking.
Today, I share with you a chicken Tagine with zucchinis.
Unfortunately, I didn't find small zucchinis, so I had to be content with the zucchinis I found, but for me, they are too big for a Tagine. /
