This recipe is our challenge for this month, Walima club, which I am a part of (if you want to join our club, you are welcome to). It is a recipe from Kuwait, it has been proposed by our friend Arlette , she took us to Kuwait to make us discover this beautiful country which is bordered by Saudi Arabia to the south and Iraq to the north and west.
Arlette gave us two choices, one is "Kuwaiti chicken mechbous ", the second one is
"Cardamom Sponge Cake".
I chose the first recipe because I love chicken and rice.
I moderated a lot of the recipe, I added spices that I divided into two, a part for the rice and the other part is for the chicken.
I advise you to try it, this chicken and this rice has a magnificent flavor with the different spices, a true happiness. /

moi aussi j'ai préparé un poulet bien épicée cette semaine, il est en file d'attente..lol
mais le tien avec du riz!!trop gourmand..la couleur est sublime..bravo sabah et clic pour toi..bon dimanche.

On dirait une recette de riz moyen-orientale trés à la mode en ce moment en tunisie, avec des pignons de pins, des amandes et des cheveux d'anges en plus du riz et du poulet, mais ta recette à l'air tellement plus légére!
